Texture Lab Policy

Texture Lab’s hands-on sensory experience directly to your school, community event, festival, or family gathering! Children can visit themed sensory stations to scoop, pour, sort, create, and explore at their own pace. This open-play experience encourages fine-motor development, creativity, social interaction, and regulation in a fun, welcoming environment. Materials, setup, facilitation, and cleanup are included.

50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. The retainer is applied toward the total package price, and the remaining balance must be paid no later than the scheduled event date.

Clients may reschedule once by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability. Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the event will result in the loss of the retainer. If Texture Lab must cancel, the client may reschedule or receive a refund of payments made.

A responsible adult must remain present and actively supervise participating children. Texture Lab provides sensory activities and facilitation but does not provide childcare.

The client must provide a safe, accessible space for setup and obtain any required venue permission. Outdoor events should have an indoor or covered backup plan. Delays caused by the venue or guests do not extend the reserved playtime.

Invite your child to explore, create, and play with a thoughtfully designed Texture Lab Sensory Filler Mix. Each small-batch blend features engaging colors, textures, and themed details that transform an ordinary sensory bin into an imaginative, hands-on play experience.

Some decorative pieces are hand-painted, making every mix slightly unique and extra special.

Materials vary by theme and may include dyed rice, pasta, dried beans, acrylic-painted pieces, and other decorative sensory elements.

Some pasta-based materials may contain wheat. This product is intended for play only and is not edible.

Activities may contain small parts and food-based sensory materials, including rice, pasta, flour, or wheat. Materials are intended for play only and are not for consumption. Please disclose allergies, sensitivities, mouthing concerns, or other safety needs before the event. Reasonable substitutions may be discussed; however, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed. Edible sensory options are available upon request and may require an additional fee based on ingredients.
