Create Sensory Experience
More time and more textures to explore! Includes 90 minutes three themed sensory stations for up to 15 children, materials, setup, and cleanup.
Each experience features custom, handmade sensory fillers/playdough selected according to your chosen theme and available options. Because every filler is made by hand, colors and contents may vary slightly, making each Texture Lab experience unique.
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. The retainer is applied toward the total package price, and the remaining balance must be paid no later than the scheduled event date.
Each package includes the stated number of children. Additional children are $15 each and must be approved in advance.
Clients may reschedule once by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability. Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the event will result in the loss of the retainer. If Texture Lab must cancel, the client may reschedule or receive a refund of payments made.
A responsible adult must remain present and actively supervise participating children. Texture Lab provides sensory activities and facilitation but does not provide childcare.
Activities may contain small parts and food-based sensory materials, including rice, pasta, flour, or wheat. Materials are intended for play only and are not for consumption. Please disclose allergies, sensitivities, mouthing concerns, or other safety needs before the event. Reasonable substitutions may be discussed; however, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
The client must provide a safe, accessible space for setup and obtain any required venue permission. Outdoor events should have an indoor or covered backup plan. Delays caused by the venue or guests do not extend the reserved playtime.
